SheDil is officially launched!
Today, on 10 June 2020, FOKUS - Forum for Women and Development, officially launched SheDil - a practical tool for companies to protect women’s rights in their operations and business relations.

The online launch of SheDil, organized in cooperation with the Norwegian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and UN Global Compact Norway, brought together actors from the corporate sector, public authorities and civil society from all over the world to discuss avenues to ensure that women’s rights are respected and upheld in the corporate sector.
As a practical tool helping business to safeguard women and girls’ human rights in their operations, SheDil will support business in delivering on the gender dimensions of the sustainable development goals (SDGs), in particular SDG 5 on gender equality and SDG 8 on decent work for all.

SheDil is developed by FOKUS – Forum for Women and Development, in collaboration and consultation with stakeholders from civil society, private and public sectors. The development SheDil is supported by the Norwegian Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
